Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app, subscribe, or provide voice samples. The app is intended for parents, guardians, or adult family members to use with children.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require a subscription through Apple. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Voice cloning

By submitting a voice sample you confirm it is your own voice or that you have the speaker's explicit consent. Cloned voices are used only for narration within the app and are not shared publicly.

Acceptable use

Do not clone voices without consent or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Content

You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a license to process it to operate the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bedtime Whisper after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alpha AL Limited is incorporated.
