Bedtime Whisper is operated by Alpha AL Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS app and this website.
Information we collect
Account: Sign in with Apple may provide an Apple user identifier and, if you choose, email relay.
Voice: When you clone a voice, we process audio samples and transcripts to create and improve your voice profile.
Stories: Content you create and narration requests are processed to deliver the service.
Website: Hosting may log technical data (for example IP address and browser type). The on-page demo calls our backend APIs to load stories and narration audio.
Payments: We do not collect or store payment details. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the App Store.
How we use information
Provide narration, voice previews, syncing, and customer support.
Protect users, enforce our terms, and comply with law.
Third-party services
We use third-party AI and audio providers to generate story text and narration. These providers receive only the minimal parameters needed and never receive child-identifying information.
Children
Parents should supervise use of the app. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a way that concerns you, contact us.
Your choices
You can delete cloned voices, stories you created, and your account at any time from within the app. You may also contact [email protected] to request deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Bedtime Whisper after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
